ICOSA was founded in 1999 in Virginia in the Free State South Africa with the vission to provide their members and others with the basic needs of water,housing,electricity, food security and land.
ICOSA is a party for all that associate them with the fact that colored people since 1994 still don't have a place in today's South Africa.
ICOSA already has a magnificent record for service delivery in the municipalities they govern.
